This privacy policy is applicable to all personal information that we handle and all related domains (including subbl.market, subbl.nl, subbl.eu, subbl.de and subbl.fr). This includes the personal information of anyone who has been in contact with us or visited our website, including visitors, companies listing subscriptions, and business associates. Personal information comprises any data that can identify an individual, such as their name, email address, IP address, or browsing activity.

3. Whose data do we use?
We process the personal data of everyone who:
- Has had contact with us
- Visits or has visited our website
- Has an account with Subbl, as a visitor or as a company listing subscriptions
4. What data of you do we use?
We divide data into the following categories:
- Account data
- Email address and name, from your chosen sign-in method (Google, Apple, or a passkey)
- Company & listing data
- Company name, description, website, and the subscriptions you list
- Visit & click data
- Which listings are viewed and clicked, collected to show companies how their listing is performing
5. How do we get your data?
We receive the data once you enter it, or once your chosen sign-in provider shares it with us:
- When you sign in via Google, Apple, or a passkey
- When you create or update a company profile or a subscription listing
- When you browse or click on a listing
6. What do we use your data for?
We only use your personal data for the purpose for which we are allowed to use it:
- To let you sign in and manage your company's listings
- To show companies how many people viewed or clicked their listing
- To operate, secure, and improve Subbl
7. How long do we keep your data?
- Account and company data: for as long as you have an account, plus 3 months after deletion
- Visit & click data: a maximum of 1 year

8. Who do we share your data with?
We keep the list of parties we share data with deliberately short. Today, that's:
- TransIP B.V. (the Netherlands) — our cloud infrastructure provider.
- Google and Apple — only if you choose to sign in with one of them, to verify your identity.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
9. Where do we store your data?
We store and process your data within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Because we use your personal data, you have several rights:
Right to information. This privacy statement details the specific data we collect and how it is processed, as well as the level of control you have over it.
